Upon reviewing the 10K, I see the Alaskan claim renewal will only be $6120.

NAK may be interested to secure it's backyard for such a small sum.

The estimated state rentals due for the Big Chunk claims by November 30, 2015 for the period from September 1, 2015 through September 1, 2016 are $6,120.
