If no comments from the SEC, S-1 should go effective this week. Tuesday, I think. Given the minimal changes to the filing (basically changes to show the listing on the OTCBB, reduction by 100M shares of the offering as well as the extension of the options for management and the employment of a skarn geologist), I see no reason for delay. I am optimistic for this week.
