I'm not sure why anyone would care, but see items #13 & 14. Again, I expect more of these filings to follow very soon, though I do not believe these will have too much to do with the timing for drilling - two different, though somewhat related things.

In other words, the money could be in hand and the driller sent to field before all the filings are officially submitted, given the up to 15 days allowed for it.
