Base metals prices are screaming higher again today. At present copper is 2.56+, a new 16-month high. Zinc has moved to 1.14+, now poised to breach a 10-year high with just one more average move up. By extension, I think we may be witnessing the breaking of the trend that has caused miners and especially exploration miners to lag the metals markets.
The more this trend continues the more likely it becomes LBSR will complete it's private offering, or JV to bring about drilling.
