AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

"Looks like NAK is being swallowed by the sharks..."

No way!

The number of law firms that join into a festival/feastable like this is not a reflection of how damaged they are going to be.  On the contrarty, and like some other companies, it is more a picture of how well they have sold their story, after having suffered some sudden and unexpected damage to their share price.

In this case, the damage came from a short seller's attack after the share price, perhaps, got a bit a head of itself.  Now three sharks are circling, with good chance their suites will be thrown out, and they being the ones to be out of pocket.

In cases like this, the short seller is often a crook, and so too are the lawyers who kiss up to them.

As it is, the lawyers are all gamling that they can find enought suckers to help finance the suites while they go on a fishing expedition with fingers crossed that they can find substance behind the short seller's claims.  It aint gunna happen in this case from all I've seen and read.

Look, I know for a fact there are law firms where partners and clerks spend all thier time reading news sounces only to look for stories they can use to file suits like this, then they look for class members AND FUNDS FROM THOSE PEOPLE!

As a sharehold I was once involved in one of these things.  Though I never formally joined the class I was asked to, and asked to send money.  I never joined, nor supported that action in any way.  That company got charged with neglegence, fraud, and a request for treble damages amounting to a few hundred million dollars.  If I recall correctly, two or three firms got rolled into one suite that was settled for 50 thousand dollars.  Yes, three law firms got 50 thousand dollars total, and had to pay court costs, meaning they had nothing to send on to class members who paid into the class action.

These sharks don't care about the truth.  They are often just fishing with fingers crossed, knowing that if they file enouth of these, sooner or later onee will pay off enought to make all the separate efforts worthwhile.

Scum, parasites on society.
