Hummmmm!  I think the silence from JB&BOD is a good thing.  Also that the news of the ESB is a GAMECHANGER for LBSR and any action on BOD not to go headsup on the issue would be foolhardy.  ESB is a big mommajommie that one must be totally ready to aprehend on a moments notice, whiolst the GATE is opening up.  It is in the wind that that GATE could open and ASARCO may just want to or need to assertain that if that "door" could close by the next admin, then that ASARCO might be all the more ready to pounce on the opportunity to get a lockup on the ESB commah  A.S.A.P.  imo!    PENDING!
