I believe it was around August 8, 2010 when the deal was signed. Watched stock go from $0.035 to $0.195 by Labor Day weekend. Hoping for a JV deal soon.

I have not sold any LBSR and now own over 1% of the company. Also partipated in private placement 2 years ago June 2016 with less than a year left on the expiration of warrants.
