LOL. A and B may describe us all, but like you, I prefer C. Only time will tell. Im on this bus until either the wheels fall off or we make our destination. Its getting hot, so maybe we are nearing Arizona. There are so many variables involved that it may just take one thing to change or it may take all things to change: current tariffs, mine strikes and reduced outputs, increase in population and technology (especially electric vehicles), etc. Eventually someone will drill and possibly mine Hay Mountain. Lets just hope its in our life time (or better yet: this year) and with LBSR at the helm.
