You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
The more I think of it the more I have convinced myself this isnt just a distraction. New board members, new CEO, 10-Q was delayed (was it because they were so busy and focused on what Tracy is speaking of? Does this statement violate any SEC rules? that may provide the answer) its caught my attention
