As much as I would like to see a drilling program started, having investors pay monthly to get that program started just cannot happen. Who would control that money? How much will the monthly bill be? If you stop paying the monthly payment could you get sued? If the company did not use that money for drilling could you sue them and if you would win what could you get when they have no money? And than who would pay for the attorney to get all these contracts in place? The monthly payments might just cover that cost. If a drilling program did start what would the investor get for their investment? I think if people want to give money to the company just do it as a PP and keep your fingers cross that they would use the money for drilling.
