As I promised earlier, I have been scanning mining news headlines - around thirty-to-forty per day - looking for nearly similar situations to show evidence of money being available for initial drilling programs on exploration projects somewhat similar to Hay Mountain/Earp Ridge.  So far, I have not found one where the primary interest is copper, but I've only been looking since Friday, and I have not researched recent history.  What I have found are several gold drilling projects having copper and/or zinc as likely byproducts.  I see no reason to clutter our board with those.
