AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

I apologize for saying this all the time, but I do not see any problem or legal issue with the company confirming that they are still in some type of talks. I hope Mr. Gross addresses this in his update. And i'd like to hear either way. I always remember years ago when the company said it was in talks with "multiple global mining companies" (or pretty close to that). Much much later, I asked JB about that and he said that had all gone away with the economic downturn. I am not saying he did anything wrong. He just did not report a negative so to speak: that LBSR was no longer in any talks. I want to know if that is the case. And speaking of economic downturns...that's another reason I'd like to see some type of deal soon.
