Something is amiss. We are not drilling. We have what is likely a fantastic, world class deposit- at a time when we see other deposits threatened by instability and other problems. It ALREADY has been delineated to a degee that drill holes have been pinpointed and lined up by JB- see  LBSR drilling maps. All the preliminary preparation work and permitting has been completed. The weather is good and the ground is beckoning.  But yet no drilling. Because there are no funds for drilling.

It has been pointed out that asking if "talks- for a funding deal- are in progress"- might yield an  answer that might be too ambiguous. So I would start off by asking a simpler and more fundamental question. 

Tracy- please ask Brett Gross if the company is currently actively seeking a funding partner.- Thank you in advance.

It may seem self evident that we must be seeking a partner- that it would be crazy not to. But maybe a decision has been made to let things lay fallow until the POC goes up. Maybe we are waiting for a grander development scheme to be fleshed out. Or maybe it is felt there just aren't any interested parties and it would be a waste of time. Or maybe we actually already have a partner, precluding the seeking of others, but which is nonperforming. Maybe some efforts were made that were inept or otherwise ineffectual and the company is discouraged. Maybe they have better things to do than be out on the hustings seeking funds. Who knows. None of these reasons would seem to make much sense. But neither does the fact that we don't yet have funds to drill. There is, in fact, a good deal of money out there- looking to be invested and we have a target which is tremendous in its scope and potential. Having said that- obviously there may be many impediments- and maybe we even already have found a partner and are in negotiations. So other questions may follow. But the first question to be simply answered yes or no- is- are we currently actively seeking a funding partner?
