Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
I appreciate your comment, but can not agree with the comparison to stock frauds. Almost all of us here look forward to what may prove to be a substantial polymetallic ore deposit at Hay Mountain. The question is, who is going to deliver the goods? Will it be LBSR, or some other entity following our demise?
By the way, how was it that we came by the present slate of officers and directors? I can't remember the last time I had a proxy mailed to me about voting my shares. Isn't there something in SEC requirements about annual elections? I never voted for anyone holding the offices they are holding as shown at the new company Web site. How does this happen?
As long as I am asking questions, where the heck is Earp Ridge? And what did the mines there ever produce? Is there a map? Can one call a public company a mine if it isn't a mine?
And where is the news we were promised nearly a month ago about a deal of some sort - within two weeks - regarding an "International Exploration Manager"?
On another subject, we had funny trading yesterday. The PPS was higher by 25 percent most of the day, got shot down hard at the close, but sprang back a moment later on a trade of about 100 percent of the earlier volume. That trade looked to be one ordered for execution at what was the average for the day (0.000822).
We are in dire need of a White Knight, ...or a real partner, not one promising, maybe, something at some time within an undefined future.
Looking for Oklahoma to beat TCU later today. Go Sooners!
