I don't know the circumstances in that case and don't much care anymore.  That was another time.  Besides, I think there may have been no issue if winter had not come early, causing the camp to close too soon.  That created unanticipated financial problems resulting in Northern Dynasty foreclosing on a loan and taking possession of that property.  Those difficulties may have extended to the natives.  As I recall, there were no problems with them leading to drilling.  
JB spent his early childhood growing up near Tombstone and his father was a country doctor there.  So I see absolutely no comparison to anything that happened in Alaska.  Please correct me if I missed something.
