need increasing imports of copper for a very long time.

China has announced it's plan to become dominant in space.

They are on a path to harvest solar power from space 

with-in 10 years, which would allow them to paralize

America by disabling parts of our power grid.

Once a dominant player in space, the United States has 

gone dormant, wasteing billions in Afganistan, while 

China mines the country.

So, China needs copper. Their internal mining production 

has declined 15% in the last 4 years.
