I guess I'm not sure where you got the idea of NDA's in play here. As far as I'm aware they are not. Mr. Briscoe has said quite a lot. BG has had nothing to say. Not because of any NDA. So- good question. If not because of an NDA- why not? (Sometimes an untenable or indefensible position breeds silence.)
