Talking about site visits makes for a pleasant distraction from the fact that LBSR has no serious suitors.  In this age, and for this kind of target, site visits are essentially meaningless - THE TARGET IS BURIED!     

Everything that any prospective partner needs to review is available electronically.  As we are given to understand that one or more confidentiality agreements have been executed, we must assume that the electronic information has been provided, so the need for a site visit becomes meaningless as what needs to be seen requires drilling. 

Now, if prospective partners are serious after reviewing electronic data, they can make an offer subject to a site visit.  That not only gives them an "out" should they not like what they see (or who they are dealing with), but it also gives them a "leg-up" on any others who may be interested in the property.  As we have no "subject to" offers, I have to assume that we do not have seriously interested prospects beating down our doors.

IMO, site visits will either not materialize, or they will be combined with golfing vacations come fall, but with no offers coming thereafter.  It happens where you find world-class resorts very near world-class economic geology. 

One also has to expect that no company that ever expressed any level of interest, no matter how trivial, will never come forward to say, "We are no longer interested".  This allows some companies to endlessly tout having "interested parties". 

No one should hold their breath over site visits.
