BG and allies took over the company reducing JB to a mere board member 18 months ago, or so.  That is what I meant by ouster, but I understand your confusion.  Now, if you think that he later resigned from the board, yes, I've seen that "news", but I also believe that that was a legal interpretation of some action or inaction on his part, which I assume was just rid the company of him entirely.
