The mostly large blocks of trades at the lower end of the range suggest a downward bias overall.  But pushes late in the day on a smaller volume brings the price up for what otherwise looks to be range-bound trading volumes.  Manipulation?   

If so, are you the one dumping while pumping?  That certainly looks like the thing to do when you know there is no substantive news arriving soon, especially as we are entering the summer doldrums for mining stocks.
