There must have been a reason, yes.  But my fear/suspicion is that he got the taste of money coming in with the latest surge and he figured he could get more of that if he got off the OTC and into international trading. 

After all, we are just a handful of investors, and look how we tripled the PPS in a couple of months.. he might have fantacized huge numbers if this was on NASDAC.

The reason could have simply been greed.  Stupid greed.

Timing is everything, and this RS really appears to be extremely poor timing.

Hope I'm wrong, but this morning we hit 0.51 which is 0.00102 pre-RS.  Pretty well our entire investments in less than 24 hours.
