Our nine days ago, it's pretty slick (AKA highly promotional).  It may offer some help by bringing in new retail investors, but the company needs a partner. Management/BOD knowledge and experience count when seeking partners. An investor of that level will not be influenced by such as this. And as in residential real estate, the longer a property is on the market, the more it becomes "shopworn," losing desirability.

But miracles happen.
