Yes- That's the kind of question we should be pondering at this point.  Would a $2 Billion JV  buy-in be better or a complete $2 Billion buy-out be preferable?

Instead- we sit here contemplating a miserable 4c PPS. Pathetic. 

Unless achieved by intentional design, it is almost incomprehensible. It would seem that with what we had started with at Hay Mountain- one would have to have worked hard at it to achieve this result. But yet- here we are. 

Brett- please explain how you accomplished this feat of business conflagration.  Was it through simple inattention? Was it through gross mismanagement. Was it due to laziness and sloth? Or simple rank stupidity and incompetence. What were you thinking- or not? It is a real question  as to how you brought us to this point. Maybe pride and stubbornness- maybe not being able to bring yourself to follow through with what Jim Briscoe had started at Hay Mountain? Maybe that's it. 

But whatever the motivation- or lack thereof- you have failed to fulfill your fiduciary duty to LBSR's shareholders. So the question is- what's next?
