"...is it normal for companies to stop drilling for a couple of weeks?"

Normal?  I know you didn't ask me, but that's not easy to answer, in my opinion.  I have to say, "It depends." 

The first thing to look back on is that the contract was for two thousand feet at Hay Mountain.  That was done.  The contract is concluded (or at least that part of it).  It is pretty standard for a junior to step back and analyze the lab report and compare it to their expectations and availability of funds.  However, it is also possible that the driller needed a break for business reasons, maintenance on the drill, or any other things. 

For my part, I don't consider this anything to be of concern to shareholders.
