I see. I was only looking at the Form 4 filed in Feb. I now see this latest one where he sold on the open market. Yeah, the company should provide an update. A board member that sells all the shares awarded to him should not continue to sit on the board.

You'd think if he had seen positive, material information that he wouldn't sell both because of his access to such information as well as wanting to hold for future upside. So, not gonna lie, absent some other information (like he was removed from the board and he was required to sell), I find this concerning.
