With our market jitters, investers don't want to wait as time is money. I believe too that this deal will be signed soon, especiall with the cement production back to normal. I believe that some of the projects have been delayed to fit into the scheme of things. It's like a puzzle in Oman, when our part fits, it's time to sign.
