Gentlemen:

Ramadan holiday starts the beginning of August for a month. I believe if there is no signing of the DA prior, the stock will fall to some degree. If Frank can get it signed prior and we don't know why he can't, we are in great shape and the stock will fly during Ramadan. Remember they said shortly after the financial agreement the DA should be signed.

If he can't then the earliest he will be able to get the DA signed will be some time middle to the end of September at best.

For all concerned the financial agreement was signed June 1, 2011 and almost 45 days have gone by.
