Do you plan on offloading at the signing, then? Or taking a wait and see approach? I'm assuming the price will jump markedly at the signing, but then gain even more over the ensuing months as more investors discover this gem and recognize the huge book value component. It will be hard to sell as the price goes up (psychologically).
