PYPR, I believe one of the two big issues (big my foot) is whether or not the beaches at Omagine could be used by the public. I've been to Hawaii several times and if my recollection is accurate, the beaches there are public and open to all---even when the sand was directly in front of a hotel!There didn't appear any problem at all with that arrangement. SOOOOO for heaven's sake, open the beaches, sign the DA and let's get the shovels in the ground-- PRONTO!---------BILL
