What deadline is missed? I believe the next report is a 10K which I believe is the year end report that is not due till end of march or there about and with extension takes us to April. We already know what is in that report. What I am looking for is an Alton type 8K that should come before 10 K and should tell us what we have all been waiting for. selling out for impatience serves no purpose but go ahead as I am looking to buy more shares on the cheap. This deal is coming and this project will be built....Beacher of the board.
