I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

This land is gold mines. It is mist prime location in Muscat just 4 kilo meter distance for airport and land close to beach. I am really surprise when I was lived North America ( Canada) that time this project announces   and now more than 15 year gone land is still empty. I am living same area  less than One  kilo meter distance omagine land to my villa.

 

I am also dream when this project will be start. I am also having real estate experience person why the not start construction in Golden era time when oil more than 120 $. But still have chance if they will build university, shopping mall and also high quality office space I am sure demand will go like sky but now day in Muscat real estate is slow down.
