Long time reader - first time poster....

I always wondered what the big impediments were considering they have a signed agreement in place. With the RCA as an investor this seemed too good to be true. But alas- there's clearly something that CCC sees that I dont:(

Management has been selling stock incessantly just to sustain their travel and DA. I say that with some degree of conviction because none of us have been selling or at least it seems so. I always thought it was better to hedge the bet here by creating a short position but oh well! we live to learn.

Their mkt cap is down to 3.5M and I think this month might be the last straw that breaks the camel's back.

Hoping I am proven wrong....
