Well the new 8k just came out today, and it't not the one we have been looking for.   Sadly it doesn't look good for our project.   Isn't there a legal remedy regarding the money the Saltan has defaulted on $20mil?   He has saved the $20mil plus the $11mil + in building fees and costs etc. through the years.
