You're correct. North Corridor findings came out around the same time as this report so would not have been included in their findings.

These companies tend to be ultra conservative as their credibility is at stake on every review they do. The fact that they are calling for a rise in the sp in the neibourhood of over 200% is still a great sign. I think it's light, but then thats why we all bought in.
