I believe the perceived poor organization and communication are mainly a result of maintaining a small compliment of staff to keep costs down - IMO. I have only spoken with Murry - have never talked to Lori other than hearing her at the Edm presentation - but I suspect Lori calls ALL the shots, which adds time to any decision making. Another spin: if SLI pans out like we all hope it will, there may be some complacency within the SLI mgmt to communicate, because they know in the end it will all turn out OK for all shareholders. Not a good excuse....but possible, I guess.

Also: to think the one person who calls all the shots is going to answer phones all day and talk to shareholders is wishful thinking. I believe that is mainly Murry's job and he does a hell of job at that.
