Hog, you say there are 2 possible reasons, in order for something to be bought it must be for sale. Is it possible that an entity (call him "X") who owns... (in excess of 1,000,000 shares) could be buying and selling their own shares through different financial institutes to control the direction of the market? Unless firm believers continue to pick up more shares that won't be put back on market in the short term then would there be this opportunity?

I know very little about this but it seems that someone with enough money and shares could impact our SP in this way, especially when no one else is selling! My TFSA's are full and ready!

It's hard to believe that anyone would want to sell when we are this close to grand results!
