I didnt imply anything - definitely that you shouldn't ask questions.

But maybe its a good thing that The land is optioned to IGD - if its basically the same management team in charge, then maybe the land will actually be developed quicker than if someone has optioned it for "future use", and put it on the back burner for two years or so.
