Hi sculpin, I have appreciated your posts. I won't disagree with your thoughts on shareholder responsibility to vote for the majority of shareholders interests. It just seems that the really big shareholders often are at odds with the smaller guys like me. If they own 500,00 or 1,000,000 shares and get a premium over current share price of 2-3 dollars they go for it. Bird in the hand et al or something. I am definitely in the loyal long ranks as per my multi year position. Lori can count on me to vote no for a lowball buyout!
