In a lot of cases I agree with you, shareholders are sold out short. It has happened many times , Freewest aquired by Cliff,s Natural Resources, is a different one that readily comes to mind tonight. ( I think we got the Aurealian example worn out by now)
I beleive this companies shareholder structure is different, almost unique. I beleive the chances of a low ball buyout are next to none. Don,t get me wrong, it can still happen, but if everyone sticks together and dont sell before the vote, I think we will have a chance to defeat any low ball offer.
