I thought they initiated black outs on all NR's? Is this true? The only difference here is that we were alerted of the blackout where as we normally do not know. I think some are getting confused with a "halt".

I also thought a blackout was on for a minimum of 2 days prior and 3 days after the release of the news.

so...did Hog just say the blackout is still on? I think it has to be for the next 3 days? Or did he say the balckout is still on because there is more news forthcoming?
