Bow2u, I don't know what SLI or IGD has in their corporate by-laws, but many firms have it so that the President can't vote at the board unless there is a tie. Either way, those boards are totally directed and controlled by Lori and would likely never go against Lori, if there would even ever be a vote by the board on anything.
