What scares me the most about our properties is that the need to renew them in a timely manner is entrusted to someone who isn't worthy of our trust.

Does anyone recall Lori McLennehan saying something about St.Elias claiming some other claims that another company had allowed to lapse? It might have been something to the effect of 'we have a guy that has a creative? novel? way of claiming these properties.' I'm thinking the quote might have been from an audio recording of an address she made. Does anyone recall?

I wonder if 'the guy with a way of claiming lapsed claims' is still working for us? Maybe he is now working for someone else? Now who could he possibly be working for? And why would anyone purposely or negligently allow SLI claims to lapse?
