Looking back it does seem that Lori was able to get away with alot of slimey moves, yet the Securities Regulators turned a blind eye.

I guess it boils down to one of two possibilities, either the Tesoro has lots of gold, or it did not! Either way, the shareholders got screwed!

What we do know for sure now is that the Securities Regulators are corrupt as I have witnessed this first hand with other Provincial regulators concerning other publicly traded companies.
