Actually, no one was charged for anything. The legal mess between Lori and those of us at the other end of the lawsuit was a civil matter, not a criminal matter.

I find it very odd and troubling that anyone would suggest that those named in the civil suit, which of course never saw the inside of a court room as I understand, be asked to stay away from a meeting involving a company that they are still part owners.
