As for me, I know how the system works and is designed to intentionally protect the ones above the "Public Interest". I have shared much supporting documentation in the past, as did others, of how corrupt the systems are and the futility of proceeding with any legal action within this Country.

 Shareholders are up against their own Country/Government being partisan, and even perhaps orchestrating the whole, a crime perpetrated upon them. If You look specifically at section 16, it tells You that the government is protected above the publics best interest. It also shows You, how the government, intentionally conceals things from You, and subsequentially attempts to make it impossible for You to Protect Yourself against such a crime by Your own government. Governments are supposed to be representatives of the People, supposedly that is why You vote, but as seen here, the truth of how that is not so. Where the government is compromised, the judicial system is as well.We will see more and more whistleblowers expose the corrupt doings of all global governments, things have advanced too far in revealing the government crimes and more, that the systems are crumbling.

 If You really examine section 16, their excuse is clear, that whatever is going on with SLI and the government, by them revealing it to the public, could put other governments at risk, plus any negotiations that may have or are, ongoing. So essentially, they let investors take enormous temporary losses, plus the harmful stress, just to keep everything businesslike. Out of the same breath, they lie, and tell You that You are protected.
