Something similar happened to CRE, they came out with a PEA the other week that valued them many multiples of their current sp, and dropped back to their pre PEA trading level. Its a game some insts play to force the company to do a financing at a very low price, so the insts can load up on cheap shares. Its a tough market. We think its bad now, wait til the Maple Group gets the run of everything.
