I can see many retail investors jumping in just after an encouraging PR and continuing this process by consistently adding to there position. But IMO, the game changer is when Institutional investors start buying up UC in large quantities. I mean, at these prices, it's a steal, a bargain. After the SP moves up, there will be head banging, especially from those that didn't jump in at these low prices. Can't wait for the ride....
