Ummm... In my mind this would all be part of the multi-modal approach but it may still be a different plan than the Libs have been... twiddling about with. So again, I just hope that they at least have the initial piece that won't change... which should be access road and Noront to get things started. Unfathomable, how this first part is not already happening.

Otherwise, FUTURE plans could look like this:

Bulk products along rail out to James Bay port then to China etc.
Some products processed in Timmins (chromite) and Sudbury (Nickel) to start
Processed products shipped out from the Sault to the US, europe etc.
Thunder Bay, North Bay (ONR) and FNs get the servicing, dev and mining jobs/contracts etc.
