Settle for what? Help, me out here. I understand there are a few I's to dot and some T's to cross (unresolved motions from both sides) but they appear to be relatively inconsequential or obvious (like the battery issue).

How about the real potential biggie...that being the suspected use of EDIG's IP in the digEplayer. That wasn't part of this battle was it? I'd love to see it become an issue. That would freeze BOW in his tracks, I'm sure. After these court decisions he's gotta picture the train bearing down on him. Who knows...that issue might just be melded into a comprehensive agreement. :>)

Incidentally, SS, thanks for your work in all of this. One last question....will you marry me. :>):>)
