When the crisis hit in 2006/2007, Gusella obviously panicked out of likely a sense of fear driven by under capitalization. The response was the suspension of production at Pod 1 post haste. It is my belief that the result or this decision was damage to the system and plant. In my opinion this decision was driven by risky under capitalization. A behavioral pattern occuring during Gusellasa's earlier career.

The result was a cratering of Connacher SP. With Algar this time around, I am encouraged by the fact that Gusella has built in a contingency. (Though they do not call it that. ) I wish it was even larger.

Do not get me wrong. In my decision, Gusella with me gets a second chance but, he is on a very, very short leash!
